Foremost a rider - side saddle her favourite seat - this former consultant to the British Equestrian Federation was inspired to write a book about the horses of China following a visit to breeder friends in Kentucky. She has since received a publication grant from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and a publication offer from Homa and Sakey for a scheduled book release in the USA in late 2017.
